Alcázar
Background: Alcazar is a family-owned pastry shop founded 37 years ago, which today has 18 locations across Mexico City.
Challenge: To create a standardized shopping experience while keeping the feel of a local neighborhood café.
Concept: To position Alcazar as the go-to meeting place no matter which neighborhood you are in. We designed the space to reflect the intersection of two cultures – Paris and Mexico-and to reflect the time from original launch to current times.
Services: The cornerstones of this project were graphic design, which created the identity and visual communications needed to elevate the brand, fixture development, architecture and design, experiential lighting and project management.
FCardoso brought this project to life by bringing together the best experts in each of these areas, creating a multidisciplinary team that worked to create the concept, so that it could be implemented across all locations efficiently, cost effectively and creatively.
